Terms and Conditions

January 2020 Buy $50 in participating Products, Earn a $20 Visa® Rewards Card.

Participating Products must be purchased between 12:00:00 AM ET January 12, 2020 and 11:59:59 PM PT January 18, 2020 (“Promotional Period”).

For every Fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) spent during the Promotional Period, up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD), on a Qualified Purchase(s), the Customer will receive a unique promo code (“Code”). The Code will be printed on the Rite Aid receipt for in-store purchases or included in a Rite Aid confirmation email for online purchases made at RiteAid.com. Customer will be required to log in to RiteAidRewardCard.com and enter the Code(s), email address and the mailing information needed to receive the Visa® Reward Card(s) (“Reward Card”). Each Code may be redeemed for one (1) twenty dollars ($20.00 USD) Reward Card. All Codes expire at 12:00:00 AM PT February 2, 2020 (“Code Expiration Date”) at which point Customer will no longer be able to redeem any Code(s). Code(s) will not be replaced. If a receipt with a Code(s) is lost, a replacement Code(s) will not be provided.

The Visa® Reward Card will be sent by U.S. Postal Service mail within 10-14 business days of the day the Code(s) is redeemed. The Reward Card and its funds expire at 12:00:00 AM PT on July 1, 2020.

Until all its funds are used or it expires, the Reward Card may be used everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted in the U.S. and District of Columbia, and in accordance with the terms and conditions included with the Rite Aid Visa® Reward Card Cardholder Agreement (“Cardholder Agreement”). The funds associated with the Reward Card must be spent by the last day of JUNE 2020, at which time the funds expire and the Reward Card may no longer be used. TREAT CARD AS CASH. Lost or stolen Reward Cards will not be replaced.


General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions

Visa® Reward Card

For the purposes of these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) a Customer is defined as a person, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Rite Aid wellness+ with Plenti ® membership, and a mailing address in the contiguous United States, i.e., persons whose mailing address is in Alaska or Hawaii are ineligible for this offer. The following requirements apply to a Customer to be eligible to receive a unique code (as defined below) which may be redeemed for a Visa®® Reward Card:

Customer must make a purchase(s) of Participating Products during the Promotional Period (as defined below) with their wellness+ membership. Participating Products are those products identified in Rite Aid circulars, in-store shelf signs, and at RiteAidRewardCard.com.

Any purchase of Participating Products using their wellness+ membership during the Promotional Period by Customer shall be considered a qualified purchase ("Qualified Purchase").

Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem a Code and receive a Reward Card. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Offer only available in the contiguous United States. Rite Aid Corporation reserves the right to change or modify these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions at any time during the term of this promotion. Reward Card issuer reserves the right to change or modify the Cardholder Agreement at any time during the term of this promotion, subject to applicable law. It is the Customer’s obligation to check these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions and the Cardholder Agreement during the Promotional Period.

Visa® Reward Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa® U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC. Card may be used only at merchants in the United States and District of Columbia everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Terms and conditions apply. See Cardholder Agreement for details.
