General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions
Rite Aid Visa® Reward Card
For the purposes of these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) a “Customer” is defined as a person, 13 years of age or older, with a valid Rite Aid wellness+ with Plenti ® membership, and a mailing address in the Continental United States, i.e., persons whose mailing address is in Alaska or Hawaii are ineligible for this offer. The following requirements apply to a Customer to be eligible to receive a Unique Promo Code (as defined below) which may be redeemed for a Rite Aid Visa Reward Card:
Customer must make a purchase(s) of Participating Products during the Promotional Period (as defined below) with their wellness+ with Plenti ® membership. “Participating Products” are those products identified in Rite Aid circulars, in-store shelf signs, and at www.RiteAidRewardCard.com. Participating products are valid for one (1) week between 12:00:00 AM ET on January 6 and 11:59:59 PM PT January 12, 2019(“Promotional Period”)... Any purchase of Participating Products using their wellness+ with Plenti ® membership during the Promotional Period by Customer shall be considered a qualified purchase ("Qualified Purchase").
For every Fifty Dollars ($50.00 USD) spent per week, up to a maximum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00USD) per week, on a Qualified Purchase(s), the Customer will receive a unique Promo Code (“Unique Promo Code” or “Code”). The Code will be printed on the Rite Aid receipt for in-store purchases or be included in a Rite Aid confirmation email for online purchases made at www.riteaid.com. Customer will be required to log in to www.RiteAidRewardCard.com and enter the Code(s), mailing information to receive the Rite Aid Visa Reward Card(s) (the “Reward Card”). Each Code may be redeemed for one (1) Twenty Dollar ($20.00USD) Reward Card. All Codes expire on January 26, 2019 (“Code Expiration Date”) at which point Customer will no longer be able to redeem any Code(s).
Code(s) will not be replaced. If a receipt with a Code(s) is lost, a replacement Code(s) will not be provided.
If you redeem your Code electronically, you will receive your personalized Reward Card in the mail within 10-14 business days. A Reward Card and its funds expire two months (60 days) from the date the Promo Code is redeemed, with the expiration date being the last day of the calendar month printed on the card.
The Reward Card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the U.S. and District of Columbia, and in accordance with the terms and conditions included with the Rite Aid Visa Reward Card Cardholder Agreement (“Cardholder Agreement”). The funds associated with the Reward Card must be spent by the expiration date printed on the card, the expiration date will be at the last day of the month printed on the card, at which time the funds expire and the Reward Card may no longer be used. TREAT CARD AS CASH. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Customer must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to redeem a Code and receive a Reward Card. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Offer only available in the continental United States. Rite Aid reserves the right to change or modify these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions at any time during the term of this promotion. Reward Card issuer reserves the right to change or modify the Cardholder Agreement at any time during the term of this promotion, subject to applicable law. It is the Customer’s obligation to check these General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions and the Cardholder Agreement during the promotional period.
Rite Aid Visa Reward Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC. Card may be used only at merchants in the United States and District of Columbia everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Terms and conditions apply. See Cardholder Agreement for details. Card is distributed and serviced by InComm Financial Services, Inc., which is licensed as a Money Transmitter by the New York State Department of Financial Services.
