What is the Visa® Reward Card?
The Visa® Reward Card is a reward card valued at $20.00 that can be used until all its funds are used or it expires (“Card”). The Card can be used everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted in the U.S. and District of Columbia. There is NO ATM or CASH ACCESS.
How do I earn a Visa® Reward Card?
Simply use your wellness+ with Plenti membership at Rite Aid to make a purchase(s) of participating products during each promotional period. A code will be printed on the Rite Aid receipt for in-store purchases or included in a Rite Aid confirmation email for online purchases made at RiteAid.com. Redeem the code at RiteAidRewardCard.com to receive a $20.00 Card by mail. Only two (2) Cards may be issued during a promotional period per household.

How many Visa® Reward Cards may I earn?
You may earn up to two (2) Visa® Reward Cards during the promotional period.
How do I redeem my code?
Redeem your code at RiteAidRewardCard.com and provide your email and mailing address.
All codes must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on the receipt.
How will I receive my Visa® Reward Card?
The Visa® Reward Card will be sent by U.S. Postal Service mail within 10-14 business days of the day the code is redeemed. Per the General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions, persons whose mailing address is in Alaska or Hawaii are ineligible for this offer. We will only send cards to addresses within the contiguous United States.
If I purchase more than the qualifying amount of participating products, will I receive more than one code?
Yes, you can receive up to two (2) codes during each promotional period. One (1) code will be issued for each qualified purchase.
I am not a wellness+ with Plenti ® card member. May I still participate?
No. A wellness+ with Plenti ® membership is required to participate in the Visa® Reward Card program. It is easy to sign up and it is free to join. Sign up online at riteaid.com/wellness or ask your Rite Aid Associate today.
I am a wellness+ with Plenti ® member, but I forgot to present my card during my recent purchase. Do my purchases still count?
Unfortunately, no. You must present your card at the time of check-out for your purchases to count toward the promotional offer.
I am a wellness+ Gold member. Will my wellness+ discount be deducted from my total?
Your total eligible spend is calculated after applying the sales or member discount (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
Will I receive credit for both of my items if I purchase a qualifying item that is on sale as a Buy One Get One Free?
No. You will only receive credit for the dollar amount you spend.
Do I need to keep my receipts for all my purchases?
The code you must redeem to receive the Visa® Reward Card by mail will be printed on your in-store or receipt or online order confirmation email. Please keep your receipt or online purchase confirmation email and its code in a safe place until you redeem it at RiteAidRewardCard.com. Codes will not be replaced. Updates on your spending progress will be printed at the bottom of receipts and online purchase confirmation emails.
Are RiteAid.com purchases included in the program?
Yes. You will receive credit for purchasing participating items on RiteAid.com when using your wellness+ with Plenti membership. Credits earned on RiteAid.com will be added to any credits earned in store. The total amount of credits earned both in store and at RiteAid.com will be totaled at the bottom of the receipt and online purchase confirmation emails.
Will the dollar amount for manufacturer and Rite Aid coupons that I use to pay for my qualifying items be deducted from my total purchase amount?
No. Any coupon you use will not be deducted from your total purchase amount. Coupons are simply another form of payment.
How long do I have to use my Promo Codes?
Codes issued during the 1/12/2020 – 1/18/2020 week, will expire at 12:00 AM PT February 2, 2020
How long do I have to use my Visa® Reward Card?
The expiration date is printed on the front of the Visa® Reward Card.

Are there any restrictions to this promotion?
Qualifying purchases must be made during the promotional period with your wellness+ with Plenti membership. There is a limit of two (2) $20.00 Visa® Reward Cards per person, per household. Please refer to the General Eligibility and Redemption Terms and Conditions for complete terms.
I redeemed my code over 10 days ago, but haven't received my Visa® Reward Card. What should I do?

I received my Visa® Reward Card. How do I activate it?
To activate the card, call 844-392-1035 by 11:59:59 PM on the last day of the month printed on the card. You will need the card number, expiration date, and security code located on the back of the card to complete the activation.
